Hello and Welcome! Below are the company guidelines for employment as a Writer!
1. In accordance with the laws established by the CEO & Executive Producers, applicants must be an adult of 18+ in order to gain employment at Bangtan Writers HQ.
2. Bangtan Writers HQ welcomes trainees from all walks of life, regardless of their ethnicity, sexuality, gender and or religion. As such, bullying and harassment of any kind are not tolerated. This can include but is not limited to: hate speech, discrimination, slurs, targeting a person, doxxing, or purposely making someone feel unwelcome.
➜Engaging in this kind of behavior, whether it be in the net, privately, publicly, or anonymously, will result in the immediate, and permanent, termination from the company.
3. If you make it through auditions and become a trainee, ensure all your work is completed correctly. You will need to review the Formatting FAQ to see how to format for Twitter vs. Tumblr.
Work that is not tagged properly will not be shared or accepted for award season. Please make sure that your twitter page is marked as NSFW if you post NSFW writings!

Glorification or Gross Misrepresentation of the following in stories will not be shared by the network:

This means these topics should not be used in a fashion that perpetuates the stigma surrounding them and belittles people with these experiences or illnesses.
*It is at the discretion of the Executive Producers if a story shared is glorifying or grossly misrepresenting the topic. Your story will be reviewed by multiple members of the admin team, who will have a meeting to discuss the outcome. You will have the chance to appeal the decision if you do not agree.
4. Company Events are a vital part of Bangtan Writers HQ. Executive Producers will host various events, in which you can enter/participate in order to earn individual points. All members can participate in any and all events. Detailed info of all of the current month’s events will be provided at the start of each month to help members manage their time for participation in the various events. Examples of events we hold: Fic Exchanges, Game Nights, Concert Streaming Nights.
Points are awarded as follows: ➜ Beta-Reading: will earn 1x the word count ➜ Authors: will earn 2x the word count ➜ NEW Event Stories: will earn 4x the word count ➜ Game/Event Participation: 5 points flat earned for each game and/or event participated in. Please note: Writing events that utilize previously written stories to create threads fall under this category.
If you do not post your work to the designated Company Event Channel on Discord, you will not be able to earn points.
Lastly, every month points will be tallied to a new leaderboard. The top seven members who have earned the most points will be announced via a graphic to the social media pages so we can applaud those for a job well done!
5. As stated above, we do have a discord that is used for events and games as well as to provide support to writers in the network. Joining the discord is required, as it will enhance your experience in the Network! Upon becoming a trainee, you will receive the link to the Discord.

6. Please refrain from requesting detailed advice on non-BTS related creative content. This is a BTS writing network, and as such, while some members may be able to help with graphics or fics for other idols & fandoms, to avoid any stan wars/fan drama, when in the company discord, please do not use the production room channels for non-BTS help. *exception could be the Hope-With-Hobi channel.
7. If you plan to go on hiatus, please let an Executive know! Inactivity for 3 months without the hiatus status can result in you being demoted back to trainee status and subsequently removed from the network.
8. To uphold the integrity of our members' work and efforts, Bangtan Writer’s HQ does not condone or promote the use of AI in fanfiction beyond its appropriate role. AI should serve as a creative assistant, and should not be used to create full fanfictions. Please see our post for the detailed Network Stance of AI use.

DISCLAIMER: Executive Producers of Bangtan Writers HQ reserve the right to give warnings to trainees or remove employees from our company for any reason we deem necessary and not already listed.
