i dedicated 2017 to getting my pre-baby self back and growing my hair long. -30lbs and feeling SO good!
200!
Sorry I skipped a few weeks. I'm down to 200, which puts me at a total loss of 25 lbs. I'm losing 1 lb a week, and I'm pretty happy with that. I have recently started trying to run two laps at a time, surprisingly I can do it. This week I tried for three and I did it! I am so close to running a mile, it's just crazy to me. I never thought I would be able to do that. It's amazing to see my progress and continue to get better. I love running now, and I love being able to run longer and longer.
Work orientation was today. I think I will enjoy it. It's gonna get me in better shape. Tons of walking from my department to the break room, clocking in and out. Hopefully I can shed some pounds!
THE BEST PART OF GOING TO THE GYM IS LAYING NAKED UNDER THE AC WHEN I GET HOME
Fell off.
I completely fell off the wagon when I was in the process of moving because it was easier to eat what my roommate and I had in our cabinets already rather than buying more groceries, that I still don't have the money for and hauling more stuff down to our new house. But starting tomorrow, I'm gonna wake up early, restart my 21 day fix workouts, and then a few others and go for a walk, of there's still time before I have to shower and get ready for work.
The good news is that while I fell off the wagon and wasn't eating so great, I didn't gain anything back, I just wasn't losing anything. It was pretty much a plateau. I'm sure if I wouldn't have drank so much or ordered Chinese at work, I could have lost a pound or so, but I was pretty proud to just get on the scale last night and not find out that I'd gained 15 pounds back.
It definitely helps me to re-motivate myself and stick to the plan this time.
