byler going to a museum together!

Especially if it’s an art museum! Will would love it so much! Imagine Mike plans a surprise date and Will has no idea where they’re going until they get there. Then when he sees they’re going to an art museum, he’s so excited. Will loves making art but also looking at it. Mike isn’t as into the artwork as much as Will but he knows it makes him happy so he enjoys it. They walk around to each exhibit and Will is mesmerized by the art pieces. He reads all the descriptions of the art/artists and talks about how or why the artist might’ve chose to make something a certain way. For example, the colours in a painting. Mike doesn’t understand it exactly but he loves Will’s enthusiasm so he just listens to him go on about each piece and agrees with him. At one point Will finds a painting that he really loves and is entranced by. He says it’s beautiful and then Mike leans into him and whispers “so are you” and Will just melts into a blushing smiling idiot.
