Fastest Noland Trail time: 1 hour 40 minutes.
Edit: that was with a 20 minute stop by the river to ponder my life. I did interval training for 3 miles and walked 2 miles.

Today is already an amazing day for me and it's only 8AM!!!! I tried to take what I learned about my stride from my last run and push as hard as I could do do that faster stride the whole run. It was very very hard, but I pushed through the full 5k at that faster pace. I came in at a sub 34 minute 5k with an average speed of about 6:45 per kilometer!!!! That's one minute and 10 seconds FASTER than my average from Monday!!
I'M SO HAPPY, I'M BELOW SEVEN MINUTE K!!!! That was one of my big goals for this month. I'm giving myself another full month to shave the last 4 minutes from my dream 30 minute 5k time. Only ~10% faster!
One of my favorite songs to listen to while running.
Week 5 day 1 was very tough, but I got it done!
