Watching ep 31 I'm realizing that the seekers/Julian have already killed like three Tachonis. Right? (I mean technically the cousin was considered dead by Tachonis already but they still killed her).
And 2 siblings out of 7 (that have to die according to Julian). That is wild for being only ep 31.
Maybe since they're gonna be near veils and the tenebral reaches more, it's not a big deal cause Brennan is considering how they basically could all come back just with stronger dead powers lol.
While Its clear that it definitely is affecting Occtis when he finds out another family member is dead, he's not mourning them or anything. They're evil but he hasn't stopped hoping yet that one of them isn't.
And in contrast, besides talks about killing his grandmother, Wic seems to be still very hesitant about accepting anyone's killing of his Halovar family members. Even getting more defensive after Thaisha killed the Lux with such ease. And he had to (I think) pretend to be okay with it all happening while no one would tell him WHAT was happening.
It's going to be very interesting how these two situations go on. Will there end up being a Tachonis that IS a secret ally and Occtis has to protect them, lest he lose every single family member?
Is Wic going to let anyone in the group just kill his mother or his little brother? I mean the kid is clearly being groomed by the creed just like he was.
It's something I'm very interested in seeing more of. Because one thing Im confident about is that currently, both Occtis and Wic don't feel like this group could replace their family. Occtis even said, "I only have two people who care about me".
And Wic thinks he literally only has Tyranny. So.
