Cabbage and Caraway Fry up

Winter is the time for hearty meals. Maybe a hot slice of pork roast, buttered brown rice, some fresh apple slices, and a cabbage based side dish like this one - cabbage and caraway seed fry up. Makes a great diabetic friendly meal as well!
3 c. cabbage, cored, sliced into crescent strips
In a large fry pan, add all ingredients. Toss and saute until cabbage is tender. To add a little color, think about mixing green and red cabbage in this fry up.
When I’m not vigorously chopping cabbage for healthy family meals, I’m sewing cotton canvas aprons with pocket for my online shop - www.etsy.com/shop/topdrawerthreads . Or I’m pairing colors and textures of upcycled yarns to knit into scarves and hats for my other shop - www.etsy.com/shop/topdraweryarns .
My daughter’s have an online shop - www.etsy.com/shop/yesdesigns - where they design and sew cotton pocket knickers - red with random white dots...sounds like potential for an amanita mushroom costume.
My older daughter has an online shop - www.etsy.com/shop/wildwovenwomen - where she works upcycled yarns into woodland color striped afghans.
