Noot Noot *CABOOM* (Event/Trap idea)

Here's one for you Dm's that want an event that will startle your players.

The players are out & about when they hear a *noot noot*. If the players go to look at the 'nooting' thing, they will find a tiny construct otter playing a tiny trumpet. It will wander around the players & continue to do this in there direction. It in combat this only moves 10ft per turn.

If the players directly interact with this construct otter in anyway, it will give off a much stronger sound *NOOT NOOT* & then precedes to explode which if the players fail a dex save, they will takes 2d4 -dex damage.
