Salt and pepper to taste. Cooked pasta or rice for serving.
Instructions: In a slow cooker, layer onion, bell peppers, and garlic. Place pork chops on top of the vegetables. In a bowl, mix diced tomatoes, tomato paste, chicken broth, oregano, basil, thyme, salt, and pepper. Pour the tomato mixture over the pork chops.
