if romanticizing means to make something seem better than it really is - i dont know if i do that. im fairly certain this part of me comes from mental health stuff primarily which i do romanticize sometimes for myself. but being undead isnt something that i feel needs that

i have always suffered intrusive thoughts and great anxiety around death (my own and my loved ones, and the feelings of existential dread it all brings up). being an undead thing gives me a space to transverse this fear, even if its not getting at the root of the problem and a 'temporary fix'. i think that might be my favorite thing

and also i just feel cool as fuck for being a real life zombie ehee ^w^

its insane that i cant open up my abdomen and just scoop out my organs

my mom got a couple of pig hearts for us to try :D

hmmm. music is a big thing for me when it comes to my un/deadness cuz i can daydream to it, and i have a playlist ↓

while im not technically a zombie, i do like zombie shows and movies (and obviously ^ calling myself a zombie), so i like The Walking Dead (interesting stories and characters), World War Z (Brad Pitt), 28 Days Later (scary Cillian Murphy 0w0)

im not really a big reader for zombie stuff

if i think of any more i will edit to add on!

its rather cold out (72°/22°C and my bad blood dont mix) and it feels like fall already, only now i wish it looked like fall

we have the back window open to let the breeze in and im having to wrap up under a couple blankets AND my hoodie

being a zombie is nice except for when your devious human skin still gets cold

- Anything by Kitty Horrorshow. From little I know about you, I think you would like Leechbowl, Grandmother's Garden, and Lethargy Hill the most. But also play Tenement because it's just a very very good game. On itch.io my beloved for free

- Carrion. I've never played it (I keep meaning to) but haha blood and flesh go brrr. On Steam for uhhh twenty dollars I think

- Perfect Vermin. Another free itch.io game where you hit a fridge with a hammer and it explodes into meat because it was actually alive. Or maybe it doesn't and you just hit a normal fridge. Haha :)

- How Fish is Made. A weird, *weird* little game by the same devs who made Mouthwashing. Described as a "wet and squalid narrative-driven horror game about choice" and honestly that's the best description I have too. On Steam for free

- Squirrel Stapler. Made by the same guy who did Iron Lung. As the description says: "Hunt squirrels, staple them to a corpse, and meet god." Fantastic! If you're a fan of crappy low-res PS1 games, you'll get a kick out of this one. On Steam for eight dollars
