Are there any p-shifters on here that’re open to sharing their experiences with non-shifters who are interested in the phenomenon? I think that p-shifting is really fascinating and cool from a scientific perspective and I’d love to learn about other beings’ experiences with it :] i’m a physical alterhuman and view myself as fully nonhuman but i don’t experience physical shifts(i dont think? I’ve experienced something that i think felt similar to p-shifting from my research but i think it was fully psychological)

A term for someone whose body is not human.

This is exclusive to those who GENUINELY see their body as not human. Not metaphorically but literally.

This term is very accepting towards delusional individuals.

This term was created for day two of @dragonpride17s MOGAI ABCs event.

Flag symbolism;

The red in the center represents the spectrum of having some sort of absence of physical humanity.

The yellow and orange represents the joy and happiness someone could experience having a non-human body. For example; it having a connection to one’s theriotype, othertype, ect. if they identify as alterhuman.

The teal and blue represents the sadness and distress someone could experience having a non-human body. For example; their parts may not match their alterhumantype, the person may actually be a human in another way (mentally, spiritually, ect.) and may cause uncomfortability, ect.

The greys and blacks represent ones degree of physical nonhumanity.

Black represents complete non humanity/total absence of human traits for example; being a theriform animal.

Dark grey represents the possible (even) split of human and non human traits for example; being an anthropomorphic creature.

Light grey represents majority human body with some nonhuman parts. For example; having wings, having horns, having a tail, ect..

The body's ultimate true form - the concept of psychosis (conceptkin), our ultimate angel form, and shadow person/monster form. Also another form of the host's self (me), being that I'm so connected to the body and am fronting most of the time, we're kind of one and the same. I just have some extra true forms exclusive to me in in headspace/when using the body.

I am physically non human

My body did not form into a average human body. While I may not have my tail, my gills, or fins. This is not the body of a human. It is the body of a merfolk forced on land.

I have always been aware of the nature of my feet. They are more wide and flat than others and have caused me chronic foot pain since I was a child. I have never been able to find shoes that fit. After going to the doctors to get x-rays I was prescribed orthotics and specific altered shoes that could fit. (Not to mention the extra bone that was found in both my feet on the x-rays)

The bone structure of my arms and hands have lead to my arms being a few inches shorter than the average female of my height. My hands are more bent and disconnected at the joints.

My ears are underdeveloped, being the same size or smaller than a newborn baby. I can’t smell and have a larger tongue than average. My eyes have been found to be further apart than normal.

There are many more things I could continue to list but this would get too long. Aside from how I personally believe my body behaves and reacts to water and being dry I did not expect for actual doctors to agree that I have strange deformity’s that they can’t find a direct cause for. Along with the fact that none of these seem apparent in any of my family members.

Of course it could all be a coincidence. You are free to believe it’s all just happenstance and my brain trying to make sense of it all. I believe it’s related to me being a mermaid. Either way, I am taking the steps to support my body and going to Physical therapy and doctor check ups.

Physical non humanity looks different for everyone. This only a part of why I am a physical non human. There are somethings that a doctor’s office just can’t find.

TikTok otherkins (the watered down version) when they find out I’m not just “omg I kin Shigaraki so much hehehe :3” but I genuinely identify as him, I want to change myself to be exactly like my old body, I want to be taller, I want to train my voice to sound just like him, I want to rewire myself completely until I finally start to recognize me. I’ve considered dying again in hopes I regain my body, my friends, and my quirk back.

TikTok otherkins who’ve watered down the meaning when they find out I don’t just want to identify as Shigaraki, I NEED to. I need to sound like him, feel like him, have his body, his vision, his hair, his voice, his quirk, his guilts, his mental state, his ideas, his enemies, his trauma.
