Your de-aged River fic is actually so dear to me!! As someone who’s basically binge watched the first three seasons this week, I want River to have the most Hurt (but also comfort) time imaginable!

4: if you could put this character in any other media, be it a book, a movie, anything, what would you put them in?

this one is hard honestly because the thing about atla is it's really hard to separate the characters from the setting imo. but maybe star wars. if only for all the voice actor crossover between the two franchises :p i think it'd also make sense for him - rather than the classic jedi -> sith pipeline, he'd more so fit the opposite. someone who spent his whole life entangled with the dark side and then somehow got out of it. it'd be interesting!

21: if you’re a fic writer and have written for this character, what’s your favorite thing to do when you’re writing for this character? what’s something you don’t like?

oh man it's been a few years since i wrote atla fic hahaha lemme think...i guess something fun about him for me is how awkward he is? it's fun writing characters who have a hard time saying what they mean, because it means i can rely more on subtext and body language as a writer, which is obviously the goal of "show, don't tell" (but sometimes characters DO tell...so i always apprecite one who's really bad at doing that lol). again i...kinda don' t know what to say for don't like. tbh if i don't like writing a character i just kinda don't lol, but most characters have something in them that makes them fun and interesting to explore, yknow??
