What can fish broth do for you: -Excellent source of minerals for vegetarians as an -alternative to bone broth -Full of calcium for bones and teeth -Strong source of gelatin -Brain food -Full of omega 3 fatty acids in their best form -Iodine -Makes Thyroid happy -healthy fats -fat soluble vitamins -electrolytes . *ingredients * - oil - garlic, ginger paste - sliced / grated / blended onions - spices for fish curry ( I use east end it’s in my highlights) - chillies, coriander - boroi ( choice of veg each will vary with cooking times ) - oily fish ( heads & tails ) - salt ... *Method* - fry your garli / ginger in oil until golden brown then add your onions & salt - cook until translucent and moisture has evaporated leaving oil . You can use a masher to squish your onions at their stage if you like ) then add your spices . Cook on low to cook out the raw spice smell . Now add half a cup / 1 cup of water and let the spices cook - salt wash & dry your fish this is a must . Then coat in haldi and pan fry gently on both sides - once your spices have been cooked add your boroi then cook for 5 minutes in the spices - now our veg is cooked the fish is cooked.
