Calorie limits
Will update when needed but my weekly limits are: Sunday: 750 Monday: 650 Tuesday: 600 Wednesday: 550 Thursday: 600 Friday: 650 Saturday: 700 Test/exam days add an extra 100 No binge days, however an excess of up to 200 calories can be added per day, with a total of no more than 500 calories per week. E.g, if I go over my limit by 200 on Monday, and another 200 on Tuesday, I only have 100 extra calories left over for the rest of the week. If I go over both my limit and my extra intake, I have to exercise it off or fast/restrict the next day.
