Calories
I’ve recently stopped counting calories about a week ago. I realized i was becoming obsessed with counting calories. Not only that, I realized I was using it as an excuse to eat unhealthy foods. I would tell myself that since I have 500calories left, then I can eat that twix bar. I wasn’t eating all ‘good’ calories.I’ve decided that i’m going to stop and just focus on eating healthy foods. So far i’ve lost like two lbs since I stopped counting. I’m also a lot less stressed and hungry since I starting focusing more on listening to what my body needs.
