I only hope that someone out there will take a little inspiration from what I've been able to accomplish over the last 6 months and not quit on their goals and journey! So I completely underestimated the levels that I've reached along #CrossFit journey I truly did not think that I would complete this #WOD even with scaled weights and movements! So when I realized I had a chance to finish under the original cap of 30 min I dug deep and got it done! Tried to channel my inner @richfroning today and it took everything I had! Yes I'm still scaling weight in some #WODs my goal today was to complete this mess in under 20 minutes and I did it with about a 80 seconds to spare!
