Meal 4: I couldn't believe this giant meal was only 394 cals. I weighed out everything with my food scale and I'm pleased with the amount of food I could eat for the amount of calories. I had two chicken sausages, a salad with cucumbers, carrots, fat free cheddar, and skinny girl Dijon dressing. I also had a serving of fat free cottage cheese. Totals: 394cals, 29C, 6F, 55P. . . . DISCLAIMER: I am following IIFYM with my macros being 140g protein, 80g carbs, 80g fat, and 35g fiber. I used to follow the ketogenic diet but switched to a more balanced diet to combat my negative mindset towards food.
