This pork chop recipe is comforting and tasty, and it comes with a creamy mushroom sauce made with Campbell's Cream of Mushroom Soup.
Ingredients: 4 bone-in pork chops. 1/2 teaspoon salt. 1/4 teaspoon black pepper. 1/2 cup all-purpose flour. 2 tablespoons vegetable oil. 1 can 10.5 ounces Campbell's Condensed Cream of Mushroom Soup. 1 cup milk. 1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce. 1/2 teaspoon dried thyme leaves, crushed. 2 cups sliced mushrooms. 1/2 cup chopped onion. 2 cloves garlic, minced. Fresh parsley for garnish optional.
Instructions: Salt and pepper the pork chops, then coat them with flour and shake off the extra. Put vegetable oil in a large skillet and heat it over medium-high heat. Once both sides are brown, move the pork chops to a plate. Saut the onions, garlic, and mushrooms in the same pan until they are soft. Cheese soup, milk, Worcestershire sauce, and thyme should all be mixed in. Bring up the temperature. Put the pork chops back in the pan. Turn down the heat, cover, and let the pork chops cook for 20 to 25 minutes, or until they are fully cooked. Add fresh parsley as a garnish if you like. Put the mushroom sauce on top of the pork chops. Have fun with your tasty Campbell's Smothered Pork Chops!
