Homemade cold smoked/ candied pecans
I made another batch of these and they are done resting. It takes real willpower to not start sampling these goodies. Most of these are destined to be given to my daughters (and their hubs).
Some of the candy coating came out too heavy on these but I think I got that figured out for next time. I want the flavor balance to be just right, not all coating flavor.
On the agenda for today is baking a pumpkin pie, for me! 😃
