Beef Fried Rice Omelette. Filled with seared shaved ribeye meat, and fried rice with carrots, peas, onions, cabbage and mushrooms. Topped with house made sweet chili sauce, black sesame seeds, and green onions.

Patty melt. 2 smash patties with swiss, tomato onion jam, and Russian dressing on our house baked rye.

S'mores French Toast. Two slices of French Toast (made out of our house baked brioche bread), topped with house made toasted marshmallow fluff, chocolate sauce, and graham cracker crumble.

Walking Taco Omelette: Seasoned ground beef, house made queso, topped with more queso, house made pico, Blis Blast hot sauce, green onions, and Fritos.

Turtle flaps. Buttermilk flapjacks, topped with caramel cheesecake fluff, caramel sauce, chocolate sauce, candied pecans, and whipped cream.

Shrimp cake Eggs Benedict

Shrimp cakes made with fresh shrimp, panko, red peppers, stone ground mustard, and salt, toped with poached eggs, hollandaise, and fresh dill.

Queso birria tacos. Three corn taco shells with Monterey jack cheese, house made beer braised pork butt, topped with raw white onion and served with consume, cilantro, Spanish rice, roasted salsa, pico de gallo, house made refried lentils, and lime wedges.

Lemon blueberry flapjacks. Two blueberry buttermilk flapjacks, topped with lemon poppy seed curd, house made streusel, and fresh blueberries.

Tiramisu flapjacks. Chocolate chip buttermilk flapjacks, topped with coffee simple syrup, sweetened marscapone, and cocoa powder.

Added a 4 hour color session to my brunch half sleeve. Changed the whole thing, and I love it so much!! Just have background fillers & some touch ups left.
