Going to preface this by mentioning that... I'm reform. We do the whole "using technology for services during covid" thing. It's not my favorite but it's what we're doing to observe since we still have a county ordinance in effect that bans gatherings during covid. So for the purpose of not getting sick, or anyone else sick, we watch services on a livestream.

So... our cantor asked a few families to film themselves singing Havdalah and Eliyahu Hanavi for Ne'ilah to end YK.

I just asked my wife if we should include the five take blooper reel for the cantor's amusement. (The takes where my spouse looks terrified and I look exhausted and where I swore because the matches for the candle wouldn't light and she cringes because the candle wax melts on her hand, and I bust out laughing at a mispronounciation mid-blessing because my hearing aid picked an odd time to start having feedback right in my left ear).

I sent him a message apologizing for the terrible singing in advance.

She glared at me for it. Lol.
