Time is as precious as the morning dew that nurtures the trees and flowers. What we do with our time feeds our body, mind and spirit. Like the dew, time evaporates , once gone you cannot get it back.
Our time is limited and consumed by what we MUST do to survive in this world rather than what we WANT to do or what is most IMPORTANT. You can spend time doing absolutely nothing or you can make that time count - it’s all up to you. To make the most of your TIME it has to be consciously managed. What you do with it and whom you spend it with becomes as important as TIME itself. The QUALITY of that time varies by the perceptions, beliefs and needs of the individual person. Most people desire MORE time.
A regular 24 hour day can resemble this :
1 hr to get to destination (taking kids to school & getting to work
1 hour to pick up kids & get home
1 hr de stress time (usually tv)
1 hour to cook & eat dinner
People complain “there’s not enough time in the day “ well ask yourself these questions ...
What do you want to spend your time doing for work and pleasure ?
With whom do you want to spend your time with ?
What do you want to do during that time ?
What are your personal and professional goals for the day?
What can I stop doing that is wasting my time and what can I start doing to maximize the quality of my day?
Did I give to others as much as I received ?
At the end of the day do you feel fulfilled ? Accomplished? Satisfied? Appreciated ? Loved?
Spend your time wisely - we never know when it’s our last day .
