Songs like "All Too Well" and "Begin Again" touch on themes of healing and finding new beginnings after experiencing difficult relationships and emotional turmoil. "The Lucky One" talks about breaking free from the spotlight, wanting a more peaceful life. "Nothing New" addresses the topic of aging and fear of things changing.
