Ingredients: 300g pasta of your choice. 1 cup mixed olives, pitted and chopped. 2 cloves garlic, minced. 1/4 cup extra virgin olive oil. 2 tablespoons capers, chopped. 1 tablespoon lemon juice. 1/4 cup fresh parsley, chopped. Salt and pepper to taste. Grated Parmesan cheese for serving optional.
Instructions: Follow the directions on the package to cook the pasta until it is al dente. Remove the water and set it aside.
