最近近所に出来た、カフェに行ってきましたー！と言っても歩いて20分くらいかかるけど。😅

デンマークからやってきたカフェで、ロースターも併設されてて、めちゃくちゃ素敵なインテリアとオープンスペースが最高🪴

カプチーノはもちろんのこと、クロワッサンがサクッサクッのなかふわふわで、美味しかった〜☕️🥐

Just went to this new coffee shop in my neighborhood (walked 20-25 min though..🚶🏻‍♀️)

They are from Denmark 🇩🇰 and the space is spacious and incredibly beautiful! They have their own roaster attached to the space and freshly baked pastries are heavenly! I tried flakey buttery croissant,cardamom pastry and cappuccino!!

Extra small: 8oz

Shot talk;

Single-1 shot (usually 8-12oz)

Double-2 shots (usually 16oz)

Triple-3 shots (usually 20oz)

Quad-4 shots (usually 32oz+)

After that just say "with n shots" or to deviate from the norm I guess.

Other points of interest;

Foam vs No foam

-cappuccino is basically half foam to make cool designs

-foam is just veryyyyy bubbled milk

Types of milk

-almond, soy, coconut, various nuts, and fat free vs 2%

-usually 2% unless otherwise specified

Temperature

-lukewarm 135°F (ideal for drink all now)

-normal 145°F (ideal for cold weather)

-hot 160°F (ideal for burning your soul)

And on a final note;

Iced coffee is not just black coffee with ice in it nor an iced Americano.

今日はコーヒーショップ二軒はしごしました！☕️☕️

いつもはアーモンドミルクでカプチーノにしてもらうけど、今日はオーツミルクにしてみたら、めっちゃ美味しかったー！😊　そしてペストリーはハラペーニョとチェダーのビスケット。フライングで一口食べた後で写真とっちゃいましたが。。。😅　

Went to 2 coffee shops today!

I usually get almond cappuccino but I ordered oat cappuccino today…was very tasty and creamy!

Also my weekend treat was jalapeño cheddar biscuit!!

Accidentally had a bite before taking a photo tho…😓

美術館に行った後、前回行ってカプチーノが衝撃的に美味しかったカフェ/レストランにてランチ。全く同じメニューを注文。やっぱり大満足でした　😋

Had lunch at this cafe/restaurant after I visited Whitney Museum. Their cappuccino is amazing so as their food : )) So satisfying!! 🥰

久しぶりにお外ランチ！今日はお仕事休みだったのでずっと気になっていた近所のレストランへふらりと。

夕方からはおしゃれなワインバーとして生牡蠣やワインもいただけるとのこと。次回は夜行こっと！

Had lunch at a cute restaurant/Bar in my neighborhood!

They serve breakfast/lunch in AM then become a wine bar at night. Can’t wait to go back for oysters and wine sometime soon!!

今日のニューヨークは快晴で暖かく、絶好のピクニック日和！

家からウォーキングがてら新しいカフェに行ってきました。アジアのツイストが効いてるメニューはどれも美味しそうでしたが、ピリッと辛い野菜が入ったクレープとふわっふわの卵にハムがのったブレックファーストサンドをピックしました。食感や味が複雑で食べてて楽しかったです！

Perfect day for walking around and exploring different neighborhood today in NY!

Tried a new cafe with Asian and Austrian twist.

Got spicy veggie crapes and breakfast sandwich with fluffy egg omelet and mortadella. Very complex flavor and texture give you a pure joy of eating food : ))
