it was really convenient that there was already a character with "mother" as a title but the concept of the mother having these two goofy ass time travelling lackeys is so funny to me 😭😭

I think if Peach Wizard were actually to be implemented as a character, she'd function as part of a double boss with Queen Hippo, I've been picturing them as like a house boss maybe? She'd be basically a support class, healing and buffing Queen Hippo and conveniently preventing those heart attacks from happening. Essentially, Queen Hippo at full power, but she's like that the entire fight and you can't stall her out. I think it would be funny if you could hit her and she'd drop healing items like how Eggplant Wizard drops vegetables when he runs. I could talk for literal ages about potential gameplay references here

Captain N from The Adventures of Captain N Nintendo Power Comic is the first Nintendo character to get Samus Aran from Metroid to fall in love with. I wonder if Captain N gets into Super Smash Bros Switch 2, will there be a subtle reference to their romance sub plot?

Every piece of new info I learn about Captain N gets stranger than the previous thing somehow.

If he were to get in I could see that being referenced, considering Smash tends to pull from really obscure sources for reference purposes.
