The fact that Jod's and Kanan's backstories were so similar, watching their mentor/master die in front of them - yet Kanan was able to rediscover hope through his little Ghost crew family, whereas Jod remained lost and alone, growing into a bitter man with no hope in anything but the relentless pursuit of wealth - just messes me up. Thanks a lot, Star Wars, I didn't need more pain but go off I guess
