Seriously hating my car today

My rear defroster isn't working. Where I live this is A BIG DEAL. I climb into the back seat to get a closer view and... there's a fucking hairline crack along one of the wires embedded in the glass. What the christ? How does that even happen? The tint isn't even messed up... which makes me think the tint was put on OVER the cracked glass.

As in... before I bought the car. LAST MONTH. This is now the second time in less than 30 days (since I have owned the damn thing less than 30 days) that I've had to bring it back to the dealership for a problem. My rage knows no bounds.

And I'm going to lose my Jedi decal if they replace the window.
