I have been trying to take my mind off the problems with my abusive neighbours, so I come up with the design changes to the out side of tha caravan.

Been working on the outside of the caravan colour scheme to see how to update its look using the colours from inside, so it all ties together. here my first draft but the front and back are set as I made the changers to it already
Renovating a 1993 Jayco 18" Pop-up top caravan with new 12v LED lighting and repainting the interea with a dark purple cabinets and red seating and window coverings. all new wood bench tops. with white walls'.
Just tried to see how the caravan will clean up, Just using Jif and Cordless Drill with brush attachment set from Ozito.
So I did a test area and years of dirt, rust and mould just striped off like its nothing, Very happy with outcome so next week the will have a clean caravan.

Caravan Axle Upgrades start with the Wheel Offset
When upgrading your current caravan wheels, first measure your wheel offset. Place the wheel on the ground, face down and put a straight edge across the tyre.
In the case below the wheel offset is 8 inch or 200mm. What can go wrong?
First of all, when buying replacement wheels, it is unlikely you will be sold a wheel with the same offset. You need to take into consideration wider wheels and different offset, so purchase your wheels first.
Also, it is quite common for folks to measure a tyre and see the tyre touch the chassis rail when bolted into position. You should have between 35mm to a 50mm clearance between tyre and caravan chassis rail with the tyres fitted to the drums.
Secondhand tyres may have sustained wall damage that you would not know about.
If you want a set of tandem tyres rated up 4,500 kg or greater, then look at the rating of the tyre because most off-road tyres are 1,050 kg.
Wheel PCD
Now let’s talk about PCD or Pitch Circle Diameter. With your wheel PCD and Offset we can get that Axle located, so it fits your trailer first time and performs to all your expectations.
Trace around your wheel studs with a piece of paper, and a pencil then measures the diameter.
A 1/4″ difference in diameter can make the difference between right drums and wrong drums.
