For the roaccutane- aquaphor is your best friend, use it as chapstick or put it on your face when it gets really dry that helps a lot :) I was on it for 9 months and it was hell but it was also so worth it!

#Breastmilk took a hit doing #keto again so my husband and I have decided I will have to eat oatmeal once a day until he is not feeding. So last night I ate like a #carbwhore. I was so upset for losing my #supply. But luckily I did enough #walking and running to help balance out my #poor choices. But enough of #that talk. TODAY IS ALSO A NSV DAY. I havent been able to fit into my husbands clothes since 2015. And now I can wear his shirt and it even looks better on me. :) I was so happy he was even happy even tho his clothes are at risk. So moral of this story. I let myself down and I beat myself up which led me to eating. But what I ate was better instead of #lays I ate #vegan pretzels. lol guess i'll just go fuck myself

when I make pasta I always make two portions without intending to, as if the universe is reminding me that I'm alone and fat.

then to top it off I grabbed the wrong decanter and poured balsamic vinegar, which apparently became a graveyard for fruit flies, onto my excessive amount of pasta.

I picked out the fruit flies and dumped a fucking ton of grated cheese/sawdust and pesto on it because I have literally eaten ass and raw fish and I am not about to make more fucking pasta at midnight.

Last night's not chicken pot pie loaded with veg and topped with a giant gluten-free biscuit. I've thought for a long while that my biggest issue was gluten. I don't think it's the gluten that's the problem, I think it's just over processed food. Opinions and comments very much welcome on this issue.
