Big pinup card project with a few characters from the island of San Lunaria
Second card of the desk ! Missy. I really, really love Missy.
Soooo... I looked through some other tarot's card, and I choose Death. Rather ominous, except it is not ! It's actually rather... positive. That card symbolises the end of a major aspect of someone's life, when they realise it's no longer serving them, opening up the possibility of something more valuable and essential- just as Missy starts to try and join the Doctor- to be someone better. It's a card that shows a time of significakt transformation, change, and transition - fitting, for the first Mistress. Death card teaches you to let go of outworn and outgrown ways of life anf to move forward from them, even if it includes, you know, stabbing them in the back.
It's a rather hopeful card, which I think is trumy fitting for Missy's character. I had an overall blue theme colour : while Simm!Master made me think of fire and explosion, Missy evokes a quiet but deadly torrent.
The yellow light coming from an unknown source is just a door opening to her- a promise, maybe.

Sketchy alien domes
A rejected thumbnail for a tarot card commission. Wasn’t really feeling this composition so I left it fairly sketchy and moved on to another one.
Work in progress~ I’m not sure how it’ll turn out yet but it’s gonna be a card layout of some sort~ so based on a little poll I took the other day with my instagram followers the majority vote was that you guys would prefer less frequent posts with more completed works so that’s gonna be the new thing! I’m thinking I’ll do 3 times a week or so so I can still have things for you guys frequently :3 I’ll still make near daily posts with different things tho and I’ll post wips occasionally still~ Anyway I love you all and I hope I can make some really great things for you~!!

i made a concept card for her! the general flavor is that she uses her abilities to amass followers until she has a cult (the +1 ability to create clerics), use her cultists to kill influential things that are getting in her way (the -2), and then powering up her cult with her own magic, or using her magic to kill lots and lots of things
