oh man i need to finish my snack and go to the gym before i fall asleep xD but my bed is so COMFY and i'm WARM and it's raining outside so the sound is lovely through my open window and if i go to the gym i have to walk outside to my car and that is baloney
Yesterday was my day off.
I ate poorly, drank a lot, napped at 6pm, got up at like 9, smoked 1/2 a cig at 2:30 am, farted around on the internet, then didn't fall asleep again til 4:30 am. Woke up today around noon. Got out of bed around 12:45 pm. Ate some superfoody overnight oats that I made just a few hours prior... *1/2 c rolled oats, coconut almond milk, water, 1 banana, ~6 walnuts, sprinkles of cacao nibs, goji berries & maca root, a touch of honey, and some granola on top, with a cup of coffee on the side. Sent an important email I've been putting off and organized a thing with friends & fam. Now it's 2 pm. I have to do some exercise. I also need food for the week... To do: 1. Get meat & a lil' produce - stock fridge 2. Gym it 3. Stretch 4. Shower - leave by 5pm 5. Pick up friend from train by 5:30 6. Fight call at 6pm, show at 7pm Okay. 3 hours for numbers 1-4. Leggo.
