No Excuse November Day 30 ✅ 🎉
Well Tumblr I freekin DID IT!! Successfully made time for 30+ minutes of exercise every day over the past month. Whoop whoop, proud of myself for sticking to it and telling myself it was worth it even on some of the days when I totally wasn’t feeling it.
My main goal with this challenge was to re establish some consistency and hopefully get the ball rolling in a more positive direction. I’d fallen into a little of a lethargic routine and wasn’t loving where I was physically and mentally.
Getting started felt harder than I remember but after a week I felt like I was hitting my groove again. Two weeks in I felt that familiar fire inside to keep going. After three weeks it felt like I was on a roll. Now after a month it’s started to feel like part of my daily routine and I feel excited once again to get in my daily exercise. Planning to keep this momentum going into December and wrap up the new year feeling good about where I’m at physically and mentally.
Figured I’d wrap up this challenge with a month end photo finish. Wish I would have snapped a couple shots for comparison before I started but I’ll let these serve as a reference for where I am now after a month of daily lifting. Honestly I’m surprised and quite happy with the development and strength I was able to achieve. I think I’m most excited to keep going through December and see what more I can build upon this foundation to start the New Year.
I’ll confess a lot of this is muscle memory and just building back up toward where I once was. But it was still hard work and I still earned it each and every day.
