We start off this round with Nervous cleaning his cell. To be honest I should probably have just left it as it was, it really couldn’t get any less disgusting.
Meanwhile Loki and Circe skill upstairs in luxury.

Nervous makes himself a ready meal, his cell has all the modern conveniences.
Eating did not help. But at least that’s a good place to vomit.
I would almost say poor Circe, becuase I’ve never seen a Sim so sick but it’s Circe so...

Circe lets Nervous out to skill, so she and Loki can steal those skill points. Doesn’t mean she has to play fair though.

But her carpool driver decides to selflessly rid the Sim world of her evil.
Since Circe failed to lock him back up, Nervous makes himself some delicious Grilled Cheese (it is so easy to keep him happy with that Secondary Aspiration)
Even when Loki steals the skill points he literally just learned.

By this point Circe was actually several hours overdue, which in Sim time is probably a few weeks? So I gave her an Espresso to see if that helped.
What do you know? It worked!
I feel that Circe looks far too happy during that process, she seems like the type of woman who would’ve been screaming expletives from the first contraction.

Herb discovers his (very appropriate due to his name) One True Hobby.
Herb just wasn’t getting that skill point from skipping, so I sent them both down to 250 Main Street. Coral wanted to swim, which eventually earned her an Athletic skill point too.
Whilst Herb hit the gym. Can I just say how happy it makes me to have my gyms actually used after all these years. I love that our community is still active, and fixing the shit that EA should have done.
Phoebe! Where you been girl? Seriously I though Frances had offed her (Mccullough not Worthington...although I’m pretty sure the last time I saw her was around Frances J...)
After rolling multiple Athletic skill wants, Herb also rolled a get fit want. I was happy to oblige.
Coral: Could you have a word with Mary-Sue about us getting some more grandchildren? She’s not getting any younger...
Herb distracts her from her granny cravings with some woohoo.
I think Herb was a bit disappointed that the Masseur wasn’t a Masseuse.

They get started of fulfilling Herb’s LTW, who knows how long they’ll have.
Herb wouldn’t stop raving about his massage over dinner, so Coral had one too.
Whilst Herb hit the exercise bike again. I hope his knees are ok.
Apparently the bathrooms weren’t up to Coral’s high standards.
Herb wanted to buy some jewellery, so I had him buy something nice for himself and Coral.
Back at home they have another meal (seriously the resturant food isn’t very filling)
The next morning Herb rises early for a jog.
Whilst Coral reads a good novel and discovers her One True Hobby.
Then she makes breakfast.
She gets a start on convincing this very well maintained stray to move in.
Coral has been feeling a little bored at home so she picks up a job. It’ll be nice having some more money coming in.
Off to work.
Herb spends some time with his plants.

With the plague. And she looks so damn happy about it!
I immeadiately quarantine her upstairs.
Which means Herb is stuck sleeping on the sofa. I doubt it’s the first time.
Fortunately Coral is able to make Grandma’s Comfort Soup, which stops the plague in it’s tracks. However I am a bit worried she may have had a stroke...
No slurring of words or lopsided smile, I think we’re ok. Herb fixes the shower.
And then it’s bedtime for them both. And the end of our time with them.

Nina starts her day trying to earn a charisma skill point, whilst Dina eats leftover burnt spaghetti for breakfast. Nina heads off for work and Dina has a very animated phoen conversation with someone. Then I send Dina out to start digging for treasure as they need cash if she’s going to start a business. She ends up digging up all maps to the vacation hoods secrets lots and a treasure chest from the same hole! She also digs up a lot of bones, stones and random small statues which I do let her sell. She’s hanging on to the maps for when she’s rich enough to travel and the treasure chest so it’ll appreciate. The welcome wago turns up, which is made up of Olive Specter, Coral Oldie and Jennifer Burb. They do some getting to know you in the hot tub.
Dustin asks his Sim Goddess why she sends him to school for such crappy grades. Brandi confides that she thinks she might be pregnant, and Dustin recalls a country song about a woman deeply in denial about her bump. Dustin’s carpool turns up and I’m a little disturbed to notice that it’s the same woman as the one who drives the school bus. That just seems very dodgy. Beau gets his mechanical skill gain on, and looks a little maniacial whilst doing so. Brandi starts teaching Beau to talk but his skill gain is interrupted first by Brandi’s final pregnancy pop and then his own age transition. Still even with only 2 toddler skills Beau ages up in Platinum so all’s well. At this point I discover I accidently uninstalled all my bunkbeds so Beau has to share with his mum for now. Dustin gives his homework a try, and Brandi and Beau wake up in the early hours for a dance party.
