Blanket and pillow~ The sentiment on this card is pretty much always accurate in my life. They are loud too. I think this would be a lovely card to frame and display in a bedroom. Then again it could be a good invitation for a snuggle as well. Fishy birthday~ So many times I think I have one paper and then when I search for it I either have something different (palm trees not cactus) or I have already used it all. The background paper to this card was going to be something else in my head, the thing is I already used all of that paper, and I like this better. It just not on the color pallet that I was working with. Paisleys for Dad~ It was fun to pull out these stamps and play with them. They were given to me when I first started out by a very sweet friend. I love that several of the stamps and papers I use came to me from others. Light in the storm~ The blue glittery paper I used on this card came from a giveaway I won awhile back and I absolutely love it! I think it works really well on this card since it gives the feeling of storminess in the background. Thoughtful Butterflies~ Yay! Stencils! I had a lot of fun playing with stencils on this card. Even if the ink didn't stay nicely in the area I was working on, I just covered the mishaps with sequins. I am in love with the new blending brush from Ranger. Let it Snowman~ Many times I fall asleep thinking of card designs and wondering if certain things can work or not. This card is one of those wondering if something could work or not, and it did work! I used a stencil to emboss my background. Using the embossing mat with my Cuttlebug I was able to use a stencil to emboss instead of an embossing folder, this is so cool!
