Coral birthday flowers~ Overthinking could have really killed this card. I think it helped that I was a bit too tired and had a bit of a headache when I was making it. I really love the clean and simple style and yet it can go wrong so easily. Congratulations cupcake~ There is something about pulling pieces together that is really very satisfying to me. It is what I liked about cooking, and sewing, and theater and probably other things that I have done in the past that I can't think of at the moment. Light in the storm~ The blue glittery paper I used on this card came from a giveaway I won awhile back and I absolutely love it! I think it works really well on this card since it gives the feeling of storminess in the background. Lucky Bear~ There is a point where you realize that you did something slightly 'wrong' but it is too late to fix. I didn't realize that I had grabbed the wrong sheet of cardstock for the scalloped edging (it was supposed to be a darker green) until I had already attached everything to the front of the card.
