good morning ma'am in this essay i will detail all my fave alans for your entertaining. i'd say the core of alan's peak hair for me it's between 1984 and 1986. i usually state loaf haired alan is my fave but sometimes it varies depending on the mood.

you already know me as the resident number one stan of peak loaf haired alan on this whole blue hellsite (and also carrying the weight of having the most correct opinions on this look). does this look make his head look a bit too much like an egg? perhaps but i don't care. he looks so cool and hot with it and i also like the bad boy vibes he gives in that second pic so much. also eyeliner??? drooling on the floor

a bit later still during sgr era when his hair loses that hard edge of the true loaf but he's still the hottest mf, see i love the loaf but this is also his best hair, do you understand?? and all the little strands that fall over his forehead??? they carry our whole society. i dare you to name you something more iconic than his look in the last gif: the leather pants, the bullet belt, the mesh shirt and the unbuttoned shirt with the gloves and again ultra perfect hair??? ma'am my brain just stops working looking at it, i'm turned into a jello with a sauce of my own drooling.

we are now tackling late 1985/early 1986, after the whole band went for a full bleached look and alan said NO THANKS he then pulled this ultra power move of him going blond, but more classy??? a more natural blond when almost all of them left behind that... whatever it was, probably the consequences of a dare done in a drunk state. anyway alan is a true king here, the boss, he still looks v hot here, once again nailing the slicked sides and styled up hair on top that i like so much, plus the absolute VIOLENCE of his unbuttoned shirts, turning the neckline deeper than the mariana trench. this man really woke up and choose to inflict us so much violence.

it's still bc era just with him back to his natural hair color and he still looks so good here. i really just don't have to add much here, he's still a snack and omg still filled with pure violence i just want to take a bite of that bit of tit he's showing there, i can't believe he just got away showing his chest like a harlot like this

LATE CTA ERA when alan's hair starts to get longer and it's so adorably floppish on his forehead??? 10/10 a cutie!! i love that first pic a lot and it's mandatory to mention his look in love in itself that turned so many men gay for him, i feel them so much

MFTM ERA i have mixed feelings from this era bc he's at the peak of hotness with dave too but his hair does strange things, his hair is still styled nicely but it doesn't have the same edge it used to be (and what the hell is happening in the third pic??). black hair looks ok on him at best, i still prefer him with his natural hair color but i despise the long hair he had during the filming of the strangelove 88 video so if i had to choose i guess black haired alan would win this fight
