Castel Franco. We anticipate it’d be better quality this season comparing to last season, because of chef’s evaluations! We challenge the theory of chefs “The real good one of these European or American veggies are from Euro-American continents”. If here are good harvests, it’s more ecological for environment and good for cost balance in kitchen. Actually We can feel it might have been worth quality but now the generation of agriculture in Japan is getting changed!
