I forgot to upload them haha, I drew these two a couple of weeks ago I'm not sure where the names come from, but they popped up in my head so now that are their names haha The two of them are sisters or even twins(haven't decided yet) Angora was jealous of Penelope getting all the praise, jealous of not having tail rings herself she destroyed one of her sisters tail rings, leaving a faint scar. They are both supposed something like goddesses or similar I have yet to flesh out their story. They both have the same green eyes to symbolize their relation towards another, same goes for the ring color. Mostly created them at first, 'cause I wanted more simple characters I could use for animation practice, once I start animating them. Them also having a simple and short story is very helpful Even tho I won't animate or practice that at the moment, I did enjoy making those two, as simple as they are.

Egyptian Cat Goddess PSA

Because I am still seeing some confusion over this topic in comments on a couple of my posts when they are reblogged, I wanted to sort this definitively once and for all in one place, so I have an easy reference to point to when I need to prove to someone that they are wrong.  So then--

Bastet/Bast Cat-headed goddess of Lower Egypt.

Sekhmet/Sekmet Lion-headed goddess of Upper Egypt.  

Mafdet A First Dynasty cat deity who predates both Sekhmet and Bastet.

There.  Are we good now?
