alt catcute flags!

when i made the originals i based them on the most common catgender flag, but as a catgender person, i've never personally liked that flag. i don't feel like it looks like a cat-related flag, which is why i much prefer this alt flag for my own uses. this flag is thus based on that alt flag and the gendercute flag!
