Apnapan (Hindi) - having a quality where you accept people, think of them as your own, take care of the ones you love, not for anything in return.

B-52 feels so out of place and disconnected from everything that more often than not he’s come to ignore the looks, the whispers that surround him whenever he’s seen. He’s a weapon, an entity without a right to anything, yet despite knowing this, despite what he has been told it hurts, something in his chest hurts and breaks a little bit each time he hears those voices, and denies the hurt. 

Yet here in this little restaurant, with a cat as his Master Attendant, B-52 has never felt so at home and loved. How a creature, with such a tiny shape, so easily broken and so easily hurt... to have such a caring heart. Sitting here with him allowing him to run his shaky hands through their fur while laying on his chest. 

Content, happy and entirely at ease. Easily approaching him when in the midst of a panic, his chest pounding, his pulse racing, and his breaths quick little puffs. You do this for him every single time, sitting here not asking for anything in return afterward, just sitting here and existing. Becoming the rock that grounds him as he calms down. 

Even after he’s calmed down, you stay always lingering until his breathing evens out into something that shows he’s fallen asleep. Each morning he thanks you, each morning he tries to repay you, but you never accept it. Only showing him that same warmth and kindness he’s come to associate with you.

It was a no brainer for me. I love angst, crying over fictional characters, and my goth sensibilities paired with never ending existential dread on the inside all point to tragedy.

Working on figuring out the logistics of offering custom OC merch for people!

It’s quite the endeavor 😅 I’ve been wanting to do this for a while so I borrowed some friends characters and offered up one of my own.

In the batch of samples, I’m making a keychain of my Nightfall!

I decided the box she’s holding is Catspaw Crunch Cereal 😹💕

It brought me joy and after all those sketches I still picked this one 💅

Happy early Anniversary V-Day to my beloved partner.

A whole year since we leveled up from friends to loves. Drawn in a loving cuddle pile with our fictional husbands/hyper fixations.

Might be one of the first times I’ve drawn Nightfall using her glow function. This was really fun to figure out the pose. Pretty rare for me to draw this many characters interacting.

Also my partner is my partner because of our shared Kill Code fixation, but he’s moved on to the Shadow Milk gremlin. It’s adorable to listen to him theorize and geek out.

He makes me feel so loved. He’s an old soul romantic and gets my car door for me and loves my kids and the only sad part is he lives across the continent in another country.

He’s visiting for Valentine’s and I’m overjoyed to have found love again.
