Faculty Recital :: Celebrating the Cavani's 30th Anniversary, March 4
This season the Cavani String Quartet (CIM’s quartet-in-residence) celebrates 30 vibrant years of music making by offering collaborative performances with some of the most important and influential artists of our time. On Wednesday, March 4, the Cavani welcome Donald Weilerstein and Vivian Hornik Weilerstein back to Cleveland (albeit temporarily) for a faculty recital featuring works by Shostakovich and Mendelssohn.

SHOSTAKOVICH String Quartet No. 9 in E-flat Major, Op. 117 SHOSTAKOVICH Piano Quintet in G minor, Op. 57 MENDELSSOHN String Quintet No. 2 in B-flat Major, Op. 87
