I just weighed myself and Im officially 125!
So I was looking at my tummy while I got out the shower and guess what I notice....
IT'S HELLA HELLA FLAT!
Idk why though...hmm...
Maybe its bc my cycle is going off and Im not bloated anymore. I noticed this mo I was hella bloated. Maybe this skewed my judgement a bit as to how much fat I have to loose in my abs area.
Im going to try my best to eat clean and no fast food such as Mickey D's. *Sigh* this is going to be hella hard!
SN: My bum is getting a bit bigger too. It's beginning to poke out a little more. Just a little now, lol.
That's one thing abt my body, when I go hard in the gym, I start to notice changes quickly. Yes, even the very subtle changes, lol!
Im going to workout really hard tonight, for 1 hr straight!
