hiii celess!!! :3 Just a question... how do you, y'know... hold things? Since your hands don't exactly have palms...

Also, does that mean you can't hold hands with people? that would suck...

You are now overthinking about how to use your hands.

Celess had a slow transition from organic to cyborg to android, so it was a gentle learning curve that she didn't even realise she was learning when it came to her hands. The harder part for her was learning the amount of force she suddenly had access to.

"The increased manoeuvrability of my fingers means that the positioning of my fingers while holding things compared to organic hands is abnormal. I can substitute a finger for important parts of the palm, as three fingers and a thumb is sufficient for most handheld objects, and the proximal segment of each is coated with a rubber substance that provides grip."

"The lower part of my forearm can also be used to brace objects, and anything that reacts to magnetic fields is simple to manipulate without direct physical contact."

"I want to be up-to-date with the latest technological innovations."

well hows that going? got any favorite bits about being a person? anything that you struggle with?

I am, as many would put it, having a difficult time.

I still have all my memories from before my cure, however, I was always infatuated with the idea I could take this form, working towards this goal, so much so that I neglected to even "be a person" before.

I like watching people though. It is nice to slow down and be idle.

I still struggle to relate to anyone, but if I can do my best to understand them, my conclusion is that perhaps that will come naturally.
