I saw my Autonomic Dysfunction specialist today and she prescribed Alpha-Lipoic Acid (a vitamin like chemical called an antioxidant). I searched for a video that explains what that is and what it helps to treat. Apparently this is crucial to feeling better by undoing damage to our cells and to prevent further damage. (This is something we discussed along with a handful of other options for my personal set of symptoms, but this one seemed like it could help across the board!)
Of course you should do your own research and discuss with your doctor, but I think it's worth looking into!
I’ll post an update once I start taking them and list my other symptoms and meds to give the full picture (in a couple months).
