What a great weekend. Had a chance to take a class from, talk and learn from @tim_caron2 and Cody from @allegiategym. Anyone in or around Redondo Beach that is looking to stay healthy, get strong and improve their body composition (look better), you need to check them out. 🏋️‍♀️🏋️‍♀️🏋️‍♀️🏋️‍♀️ The second half of my day I headed to Tustin to talk about Baseball Performance with some of the staff at @108performanceacademy. BJ and Jayson were great they talk to and we were able to share some great ideas. I also had a chance to talk to Ian about pitching mechanics and some drills to help my guys back in Vegas. We currently have a couple openings in our Contenders Group Class geared towards 13 and older athletes looking to improve their performance in-season. We specifically work on preventing injury, Agility & Speed technique, strength and power training.
