And just like that, our Elite Summer Performance Camp comes to an end 😢. Always great to get a workout and talk shop with @diamondphysiquesj I even convinced my mom to see what it is to training to improve your quality of daily living vs traditional weight training. For some reason, she thought our workout would include a trainer that yelled at us 😳. Now she know what quality training consist of and she even asked if he does group training. Yes, yes he does! ••• We happen to stop by and see the new location with the most plush turf I have ever felt. Perfect for barefoot training. He also had a new toy by @revvllpro_usa (video) that we had a chance to try out. Had a great day today learning Reflexive Performance Reset from the one and only @cal.dietz I definitely had to come in with an open mind and almost block out a number of things I have learned in the past. This system will immediately help my athletes perform at a higher level and better yet learn about their own bodies. Another shout out to @ryanmchale11 over at Lipscomb for taking advantage of both his last two starts. Sunday he went 4-4 a hr short of a cycle, then he comes back Tuesday and goes 3-4. Big shout out to one of our newest athletes @brennan_holligan for his first Varsity start. He ended up with a shutout victory and only allowed 2 hits! So what do you do when you throw a shutout you ask? You get a lift in to make sure you keep working on marking yourself a better athlete.
