How to certify documents:

For ID (Passport or Driving Licence) documents, the certification must have the following wording:

For all other documents that we have requested ‘certified’, the certification must have the following wording:

‘This is to certify that I have seen the original document and this is a true copy of it’

The certified documents must contain the following details of the person certifying them:

Occupation

Registration number confirming registration with the relevant professional body

Who can certify documents?
