Bulk season is coming to an end. Time to start losing fat. I'm excited to see the changes and gains I made this last year. ..... Never give up on what you want. You can plan or make excuses. I'm a single father who does all the cooking cleaning, shopping and running around and going to college, works 68+ hours a week and I still hit the gym 2-3 hours every day. Ask yourself "do I manage my time well?" Find time for yourself to get some exercise in. it doesn't have to be extreme just move your body. You derserve It. .... Destroyed legs tonight. Bulk is going well, but I'm a little chubby. Haven't been doing as much cardio as I should be. Killer chest day! Great pump💪 I've been asked time and time again what do you eat? Whats your routine? What supplements do you take? Truth is I keep things as simple as possible when it comes to eating. I eat rice, potatoes, chicken, salmon, tuna, cod, turkey, bison, venison, whole fruits and vegetables. Supplements is the same and it does depend on what time of the season it is. My go to is daily vitamin, bcaa, glucosamine, and B-complex and I add creatine and cla during cutting. I don't use protein powder much during bulk. I eat real food Workouts if your not pushing through the pain or the burn and not keeping a pump your not doing everything you can to make your gains. You have to push through those extra reps when you want to throw in the towel thats how you grow.
