So, despite obeying the rules of Japanese spelling and being the most culturally Japanese location in all of One Piece, wano is not a Japanese word.

However, you could interpret it as two words- 和の/wa no, for the full name of 和の国/wa no kuni. No means ‘of’, and and wa here can mean either ‘harmony/peace’ or ‘Japan/Japanese way.’

So it becomes both ‘Japanese country’ and ‘country of peace.’

هههه توقعت بعد التصفير بيهجمون هجوم كاسح بس أخرتها...! ض١ ع العموم يعتبر هذا شيء طبيعي بالنسبة لجنود أصلهم قطاع طرق فكنت دائماً أقول بما إن كانكي وجيشه نشأتهم غير عسكرية فراح ينقصهم التنظيم وتكتيكات الحرب من هروب وغيره حتى أتوقع إن المعارك على السهول والمناطق الواسعة بحيث يكون الجيشين في مواجهة بعضهم البعض بتكون من نوعية المعارك اللى يصعب على كانكي يتعامل معها ويمكن حتى تكون نقطة ضعف لأنه مضطر يطبق تكتيكات حرب حقيقية مو نفس الجبال والغابات اللى يمديه يستغلها بالإختباء والتحصن وتطبيق خدعه العبقرية المعتادة
