Chan! Guess what? Another beautiful day of yours has come! I’m so happy it’s here again~ It means I’ve loved you for another year and that I’ve gotten the honor of celebrating your birthday again!! ✨Although you don’t like to go all out for your birthday, that’s fine, not everyone celebrates them the same way. Just know I’m definitely having the best day as I celebrate it. 😆 We all are!

So many people out there are thankful for you, you know? Your family, your friends, “the kids” (lol) all STAYs, and me writing this letter to you. While you may see your birthday as another day, all of us are so thankful for this day, because you came into the world. Because of you, so many people have connected and found happiness, you were one of the catalysts. Because of you, there’s music out there that people can genuinely connect to. This connection between us and you and Stray Kids is real no matter what people say, because the music you wanted to create is out there in the world.

We all can relate to feeling lost, or lonely, or feeling stressed or pressured; and you helped us see that we aren’t alone. You gave us a safe place to feel loved and appreciated and accepted when we needed it, and we were able to find healing with your help; I know I personally have.

When I was really sad, you, Stray Kids, and your music, all helped me find the light at the end of the tunnel; not relying solely on you for comfort or validation, but rather accepting the helping hand you offered so that I could stand on my own and learn to like myself more. It’s because of you that I found my light. ✨✨

Chan, you’re like the North Star, always shining bright and guiding those of us in the darkness to you and to a better and brighter path; and yet you’re also like the sunshine on a clear day, a bright and beaming form of positivity and love that we all appreciate. You’re so loved, and just like you remind us, you’re never alone.

Thank you for everything you’ve given the world Chan; your music, your weekly livestreams, your charismatic performances, your unbelievable kindness and generosity, and your comforting online hugs. 💜 Your smile gives so many people happiness and we never want you to lose it, but remember in life it’s okay to have low moments too, moments where you’re sad or stressed or just feeling down. You never have to beat yourself up for that, it’s impossible to be perfect and stay strong all the time. I hope you know even you’re vulnerable that you are accepted just as you remind us that we’re accepted.

This got very long but I mean every single word.
